Bluebonnet Marketing respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to bluebonnetmarketing.com and the services we provide through it.
Who we are
Bluebonnet Marketing is a local marketing services provider operating as a sole proprietorship based in the State of Texas. You can reach us any time at info@bluebonnetmarketing.com.
Information we collect
Depending on the feature you use, we collect the information needed to respond to you, secure the site, and deliver the service you requested:
- Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you share when you contact us, request a proposal, or enter into a service agreement (including an electronic signature and the date you sign).
- Payment information. When you start a subscription, payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We receive limited details such as your name, billing email, the last four digits of your card, and the status of your payments.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages visited may be logged by our hosting and analytics providers to keep the site secure and working. A personalized audit also uses a random first-party visitor cookie to count an audit's unique opens, daily return visits, walkthrough opens, and review-link clicks without storing the raw cookie value in the engagement record.
Business use and sensitive data
Our public forms, Growth Audits, ordinary client support, and connected reporting are intended for business information and aggregate performance reporting. Public lead forms and structured Growth OS Support use fixed choices instead of a typed narrative. If an inbound business email appears to contain health information or credentials, its narrative and contact identity are withheld from model context and the original message is held for restricted review. These surfaces are not medical-record systems, clinical-decision tools, or emergency channels.
Do not submit patient names, diagnoses, clinical notes, treatment details, identifiable appointment histories, protected health information (PHI), Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, account passwords, or other sensitive credentials through these surfaces. If a signed service scope requires access to a sensitive client system, that access must be separately authorized and handled under the written scope and applicable safeguards.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and prepare proposals.
- To deliver, manage, and improve the marketing services you request.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send you service updates, reports, and account-related messages.
- To publish a client case study or testimonial only after separate written approval of the exact public content, including any business name, aggregate measurements, completed work, quote, or attribution. Without that approval, client reporting stays private.
- To keep our site secure and comply with our legal obligations.
Automated tools and human review
We may use rules, automation, and AI-assisted tools to organize aggregate data, identify patterns, prepare drafts, and support service delivery. Approved model-service providers may process limited, redacted, or aggregate business information when needed for those tasks and subject to their service terms and Bluebonnet's access controls. We do not intentionally send PHI, passwords, full payment-card data, or raw patient records through these tools. Bluebonnet does not use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.
Pricing, contracts, account access, permissions, privacy decisions, public publishing, and live production changes remain subject to the approvals required by the service scope. Automated output can be incomplete or wrong and is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
Google API data used by Bluebonnet Growth OS
Growth OS is the private reporting view included with Bluebonnet's managed services.
Bluebonnet's private operator workspace may also connect an approved Bluebonnet Google account for Gmail read/send access and account identification. That connection is used to find and answer verified business leads and service correspondence under Bluebonnet's approval controls. Health-risk or credential-bearing email narratives and their contact identities are withheld from AI context and require review in the original mailbox. Google Calendar provides the public appointment schedule and processes the booking information a person submits to Google.
Bluebonnet Growth OS lets an authorized clinic user connect Google services from the private client portal. The clinic completes Google's consent process directly. Bluebonnet never receives the clinic user's Google password.
When a clinic chooses to connect Google services, Growth OS may request the following access:
- Basic Google account information. We use the authorized account's email address and basic profile information to identify the account that approved the connection.
- Google Analytics read-only access. We list the GA4 properties available to the authorized account and retrieve aggregate website traffic, user, session, event, and key-event metrics for the property the clinic selects.
- Google Search Console read-only access. We list verified properties and retrieve aggregate clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average-position metrics for the property the clinic selects. Growth OS does not store search queries or page URLs.
- Google Business Profile access. We list the authorized account's Business Profile locations and retrieve authorized profile-only fields and management status for the location the clinic selects. A dated public review-count and average-rating snapshot may refresh through the separate exact-identity Google Places lookup described below. Google provides the Business Profile management scope for this account access. Growth OS does not publish profile changes without the clinic's approval.
Google access tokens are encrypted and stored on Bluebonnet-controlled systems. Selected property identifiers, the authorizing account email, connection status, and aggregate reporting snapshots are stored separately for each client organization. Google user data is used only to provide the connected reporting and client-delivery features shown inside Growth OS. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.
For public prospect audits and connected client reporting, Growth OS may use Google Maps Platform Places data to match a clinic listing to the website and market supplied for the audit or account and to display a dated rating and review-count snapshot. Places data is requested when the report is opened or refreshed, may be cached for up to 24 hours, and is labeled as Google Maps content. Bluebonnet may retain the matched Google Place ID, which Google permits to be stored, but does not retain a permanent copy of the Places rating, review count, website, or address response beyond that short cache. Use of this feature is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
A client can disconnect each Google service inside the portal. Disconnecting removes the applicable stored access token, selected property information, and synchronized report from the active connection. The client can also revoke Bluebonnet Growth OS from the Google Account permissions page. Requests concerning related account or historical reporting data can be sent to info@bluebonnetmarketing.com and will be evaluated under the applicable agreement, recordkeeping needs, and law.
Bluebonnet Growth OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain contract, business, and tax records, and meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including limiting access to what is necessary. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you non-essential messages. Just email info@bluebonnetmarketing.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
If you need help making a request, an accessible copy of this policy, or a reasonable alternative communication method, email the same address and tell us what would help.
Texas privacy requests
Texas residents may use the same contact method to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy choices. We will evaluate and handle each request under the laws that apply to Bluebonnet and the request. We do not sell personal information.
If we deny a request that carries an appeal right under an applicable privacy law, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@bluebonnetmarketing.com with the subject "Privacy request appeal." We will review the appeal and explain the result and any further contact option required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
Our site and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites we do not control. This policy does not cover their practices, so please review their privacy policies separately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and post the new version here.
