This page explains how Google data supports Bluebonnet's done-for-you services. Growth OS is the included private results and reporting view, not a separate service a clinic must operate.
Included reporting
Bluebonnet may show approved clinic-level Google data inside the client's private results view. Connections are separated by client organization and clinic location. Connecting a read-only reporting source does not authorize Bluebonnet to change a website, booking system, ad account, or public profile.
Public rating and review count from Google Places
A clinic does not need to sign in for Bluebonnet to check its public listing. Google Maps Platform Places data may be used to make an exact-identity match using the business name, market, website, and street address, then display a dated public rating and review-count snapshot.
The public snapshot may be cached for up to 24 hours and is labeled as Google Maps content. Map rank is a different, query-specific measurement and is not supplied by this Places snapshot.
Optional Business Profile authorization
An authorized clinic user may connect the Google account that manages the clinic's Business Profile. Bluebonnet can then list the locations available to that account and retrieve authorized profile-only fields and management status for the location the clinic selects.
Business Profile authorization is separate from the public Places rating and review-count lookup. Bluebonnet does not receive the clinic user's Google password, and profile changes are not published without the approval required by the clinic's written service scope.
Optional Analytics and Search Console reporting
- Google Analytics. An authorized clinic user can select a GA4 property for aggregate traffic, session, event, and key-event reporting.
- Google Search Console. An authorized clinic user can select a verified property for aggregate clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average-position reporting. Bluebonnet does not store search queries or page URLs in Growth OS.
These are reporting connections. They do not give Bluebonnet permission to edit the clinic's website, booking flow, advertising, or public content.
How authorized Google data is used and stored
Google access tokens are encrypted on Bluebonnet-controlled systems. The authorizing account email, selected property or location identifiers, connection status, and aggregate reporting snapshots are stored separately for each client organization.
Google user data is used to provide the connected reporting and client-delivery features the clinic requests. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.
Bluebonnet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google Maps Platform features are also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting access or requesting deletion
An authorized client can disconnect each connected Google service from the private portal. The applicable token, active selection, and synchronized connection report are then removed from the active connection. The client can also revoke Bluebonnet from the Google Account permissions page.
To ask about related account data or historical reporting records, email info@bluebonnetmarketing.com. Bluebonnet will evaluate and handle the request under the applicable agreement, recordkeeping needs, and law.
